Assistant Professor

Dr. Kaumudhi Challa, MSc. (Bio-Chemistry), LLM (Constitutional Law and Human Rights), Ph.D (Law) am Assistant Professor in Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur, Chhattisgarh. She has 8 years of experience as a law teacher in different law colleges including PGTD Law, Nagpur and Wanjari Law College, Nagpur. I did my LL.B. from BACL, Main Branch, Nagpur and LL from PGTD Law, Nagpur. Dr. Challa was  awarded Ph.D in law on the topic of Development of a Comprehensive Scheme for Natural Resource Accounting with special reference to Indian Environmental Legislations; under the able guidance of Prof. (Dr.) Thrity D Patel, Emeritus Professor and Former Dean and Head of PGTD Law, Nagpur University, Nagpur. This study has been done for the first time in India in the field of law.

She was the resource person for UGC Academic Staff College orientation Programme for College Lecturers for the Topic Sustainable Development since 2004. Dr. Challa have participated and presented research papers in numerous National Seminars and Workshops as well as taken part in International Conference as a Rapporteur. I have more than 15 articles published in various Legal Journals and have been Judge for various debate competitions by Ministry of Environment
