Karla Isabella Cera

Karla Isabella Cera is a law student with the San Beda University College of Law. She has been involved in environmental cases handled by Tanggol Kalikasan and Alternative Law Groups under the Environmental Defense Program. Other environmental law and policy work she has been involved in includes the Forest Resource Management Bill and Indigenous and Conserved Communities Areas.
