Jose Manual "Chel" Diokno is a Chairperson of Free Legal Assistance Group (FLAG) and Dean of DLSU College of Law. He worked and represented Oceana PH, Philippine Movement for Climate Justice, Philippine Earth Justice Center, Environmental Legal Aid Clinic, and SANLAKAS, among others.
