Champa Lattanasouvannaphonh has experienced working as a free-lance tourist guide, a lecturer at Department of Tourism Management (Lecturing on the ethics of tourism and Sustainable Tourism Development at Souphanouvong University).

Since June, 2016 Champa has been working as a Consultant for the Luang Prabang Green School Project, which is being implemented by the Urban Development and Administration Authority (UDAA) in Luang Prabang and supported by The Asia Foundation. The Luang Prabang Green School Project aims to build awareness on Community-Based Integrated Waste Management, including integrated waste management training for school teachers, students, and villages. Champa and project team are training school teachers on waste separation, operating a recycle bank, composting, as well as the cost-benefit analysis of proper waste management in Luang Prabang.

Champa was selected as one of the participants to the TTT Program on 27 November-1 December, 2017, Siam Reap Cambodia. From July to December, 2018, Champa also worked as a consultant for upscaling sustainable food waste management for Urban Office Service (USO). He is currently working as a consultant for the community-based sustainable forest management organization, PhouPhueng Phou Pha Thoun Kuang Si Waterfall Protection Area (PPT-PPTA) of Luang Prabang Province, supported by JICA.
