ADB Partners with Mongolia to Strengthen Legal Framework for E-commerce

ADB partnered with the Ministry of Digital Development and Communications (MDDC) of Mongolia to strengthen the nation’s legal framework for e-commerce.   

As part of an ongoing partnership with Mongolia, ADB conducted stakeholder consultations in December 2022 and January 2023 to discuss the delivery of an ADB expert report. 

A webinar was held to present the draft report on the legal framework for e-commerce in Mongolia. This was attended by representatives of various organizations, including the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
