The Act also enumerated the chemical substances which are exempt from the pre-manufacture notification. The public shall have access to the records and information pertaining to the chemical substances or mixtures (safety data submitted, data on emission or discharge into the environment, etc.) The Act further enumerates the prohibited acts and provides the penalties therefor.
