Telecommuting Act, Republic Act No. 11165 (Philippines)
The Act allows employers in the private sector to offer a telecommuting program for its employees on a voluntary basis and upon such terms and conditions they may mutually agree upon, which shall not be less than the minimum requirements prescribed by applicable laws. All telecommuting employees are entitled to the same treatment as those working on-site.
