Revised Rules of Mediation and Adjudication of the Department of Trade and Industry, Department of Trade and Industry Department Administrative Order No. 20-02 (Philippines)
The Revised Rules provide the procedure on the filing of consumer complaints for grievances over violations of the Consumer Act of the Philippines and other trade and industry laws arising from consumer transaction. Mediation is mandated for all consumer complaints covered by the Revised Rules prior to the filing of a formal complaint for adjudication. The Revised Rules further provide for the rules of procedure in formal complaints for purpose of adjudication.
