Resolution Adopting the Feed-in Tariff Rules, Energy Regulatory Commission Resolution No. 16, Series of 2010 (Philippines)
A Feed-in Tariff (FiT) refers to a renewable energy policy that offers guaranteed payments on a fixed rate per kilowatt-hour for emerging renewable energy sources through the imposition of the Feed-in Tariff Allowance (FiT-All). The FiT shall be specific for each type of emerging renewable energy technology and applies only to generation facilities which enter into commercial operation after the effectivity of the FiTs or existing facilities that have been substantially modified or expanded. The FiT-All is a uniform charge imposed on all electricity consumers who are supplied with electricity through the distribution or transmission network. The FiT-All is established and fixed by the Energy Regulatory Commission.
