Requirement for Establishments Within the Entire Manila Bay Region on their Sewerage Systems, Department of Environment and Natural Resources Memorandum Circular No. 2019-01 (Philippines)
All government facilities, subdivisions, condominiums, commercial centers, hotels, sports and recreational facilities, hospitals, market places, public buildings, industrial complex, and other similar establishments within the entire Manila Bay Region are required to connect to existing sewerage systems or to construct their individual sewerage treatment plants.
