Regulations on Solar Power Project Development and Standardized Power Purchase Agreements for Solar Power Projects, Ministry of Industry and Trade Circular No. 18/2020/TT-BCT, 2020 (Viet Nam)

This Circular regulates the development of grid-connected solar power projects, and rooftop solar projects, as well as provides a sample Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) for both types of solar power projects. The circular also provides the Feed-in Tariff applicable for solar power projects for grid connected projects, as well as for rooftop installed solar power projects where Viet Nam Electricity (EVN) is the buyer and where the power buyer is not EVN. It also provides for the implementation mechanism for the circular, including the responsibilities of the State administrative agencies, relevant organizations and individuals.
