Promoting Regional Cooperation in the Development of Insolvency Law Reforms

The Regional Technical Assistance Report (RETA) Report was published under Asian Development Bank (ADB) RETA 5975: Promoting Regional Cooperation in the Development of Insolvency Law Reforms.

The Report provides the context and background for the RETA, and outlines the RETA's aims in relation to three areas: (i) cross-border insolvency, (ii) informal workouts, and (iii) the intersection of insolvency and secured transactions legal regimes. It also provides information on the impacts, outcomes, and activities for the RETA.
