Pro-Forma Supplier of Last Resort Contract Between Supplier of Last Resort and a Contestable Customer upon Retail Competition and Open Access (Philippines)
The Supplier of Last Resort contract is entered into between the Distribution Utility (DU) as the default supplier of last resort within their respective franchise areas and the Contestable Customer. The contract is intended to be an interim and temporary service until the Contestable Customer chooses to switch to another Retail Electricity Supplier.
