Pro-Forma Distribution Wheeling Services Agreement between Retail Electricity Supplier and Distribution Utility upon Retail Competition and Open Access, Energy Regulatory Commission Resolution No. 14, Series of 2013 (Philippines)

The Distribution Wheeling Service Agreement is entered into between the Distribution Utility (DU) and the Retail Electricity Supplier (RES) which shall govern the wheeling services provided by the DU to the RES. The wheeling services pertain to the services performed by the DU for the conveyance of electricity through its distribution system in order to meet the demand of the customers of the RES. 

The Agreement provides the general terms and conditions, duties and responsibilities of the RES and DU, billing and payment, and grounds for disconnection and reconnection, among others.
