Pro-Forma Connection Agreement Between Distribution Utility and a Contestable Customer upon Retail Competition and Open Access, Energy Regulatory Commission Resolution No. 13, Series of 2013 (Philippines)
The Connection Agreement is entered into between the Distribution Utility (DU) and the Contestable Customer for the DU's provision of distribution connection services to a Contestable Customer (CC). It provides the general terms and conditions which shall govern the agreement, the duties and responsibilities of the DU and the CC, the grounds and manner for disconnection and reconnection of a CC's services, the liabilities and obligations of both the DU and CC.
