Price Tags/Labels Authorizing the use of Shelf Pricing, Department of Trade and Industry Department Administrative Order No. 09, Series of 2002 (Philippines)
The guidelines require that price tags must be written clearly, indicating the price of the consumer product including Value-Added Tax and other types of charges per unit in pesos and centavos. They further provide for the rules when establishments may use shelf prices to indicate the price of the consumer product offered for retail sale.
