The Philippine Greenhouse Gas Inventory Management and Reporting System is a national system for archiving, reporting, monitoring and evaluating greenhouse gas emissions which can support better planning for climate change adaptation and mitigation actions.
The Executive Order defined the roles of the lead government agencies and the Climate Change Commission for the implementation and use of the Philippine Greenhouse Gas Inventory Management and Reporting System.
