The Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. Arbitration Rules (Rules) provide the procedural rules when parties have decided to refer a dispute to arbitration, which shall be settled in accordance with the Rules. It defines the composition of the arbitral tribunal, interim measures of protection or an application for emergency relief can be requested by a party. It also provides the rules on evidence, the conduct of hearings and enforcement of arbitral awards.
