Pakistan Environmental Protection Act of 1997 (Pakistan)
The Act established and provided the functions and powers of the Pakistan Environmental Protection Council, Pakistan Environmental Protection Agency and the Provincial Environmental Protection agencies. It also established the jurisdiction, powers, composition and special procedural rules applicable to Environmental Tribunals and Environmental Magistrates.
