Organic Law for the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao, Republic Act No. 11054 (Philippines)

The Act established the territorial jurisdiction and composition of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region. It provided the composition and powers of the Bangsamoro Government. It laid down the inter-governmental relationship between the Bangsamoro Government which shall be under the general supervision of the President of the Philippines and the National Government. 

The Bangsamoro Government shall also consist of the Parliament who is authorized to enact laws on matters that are within the powers and competencies of the Bangsamoro Government. The Act further protects the rights of the indigenous peoples, the customary rights and traditions of the Bangsamoro people, their religious freedom, human rights and right of access to basic services, among others.
