National Policy on Green Growth, 2013-2030 (Cambodia)

The National Policy on Green Growth of Cambodia is envisaged to strike a balance between economic development and the environment, society, culture, and sustainable use of resources through integration, matching and adaptation. The policy aims at enhancing the well-being and livelihood of people in harmony with ecological safety through green development growth, based on green economy, blue economy, environmental protection, social safety nets system, while upholding national cultural identity. 

In order to achieve its goals and objectives, the policy sets its main strategies under the following:

• International and national collaboration and coordination
• Study, research and data analysis
• Harmonization of green growth in the economy, society and culture
• Human resource development
• Sustainable green technology development
