Mini Hydroelectric Power Incentives Act, Republic Act No. 7156 (Philippines)
The Act grants authorized mini-hydro electric power developers the following tax incentives or privileges:
- Special privilege tax rates
- Tax and duty-free importation of machinery
- Equipment and materials
- Tax credit on domestic capital equipment
- Special realty tax rates on equipment and machinery
- Value-added tax exemption
- Income tax holiday
