Magna Carta of the Poor, Republic Act No. 11291 (Philippines)
The State shall establish a system to ensure the full enjoyment or realization of rights of the poor which include the following:
- Right to adequate food
- Right to decent work
- Right to relevant and quality education
- Right to adequate housing
- Right to highest attainable standard of health
The Act further enumerates the duties of the implementing agencies to ensure the protection of the rights of the poor.
