Limited Liability Companies Act 2008 (Cook Islands)
The Act established the Limited Liability Companies Office which shall appoint a Registrar vested with powers, functions and duties for the implementation of the Act. It further laid down the rules with respect to the formation, administration, management, contributions, distributions, resignations and dissolution of limited liability companies. It also provides for the conditions, requirements and process when foreign limited liability companies may transfer its domicile into and out of the Cook Islands.
