International Commercial Arbitration Act 2021 (Palau)
To enable and facilitate the use of arbitration as an alternative dispute resolution mechanism in international commercial disputes, and for other related purposes. This law gives greater effect to the action of the 10th Olbiil Era Kelulau to ratify the New York Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards. The framework highlights Palau's capacity to engage in international commercial arbitration and to host international arbitration as a sovereign nation.
