International Arbitration Act 2017 (Fiji)
To make provision for the conduct of international arbitrations based on the model law adopted by the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law on International Commercial Arbitration and to give effect to the New York Convention on the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards, and for related matters enacted by the Parliament of the Republic of Fiji.
