Infusion of Foreign Equity in the Capital of Rural Banks, Republic Act No. 10574 (Philippines)
The amendment allowed non-Filipino citizens to own, acquire or purchase up to 60% of the voting stocks in a rural bank, and further allowed non-Filipino citizens to become members of a rural bank's Board of Directors, which shall be limited to their proportionate share in the equity of the rural bank.
