Information and Communication Project for Raising Awareness about Climate Change and Disaster Risk Reduction for 2013–2020, Ministry of Training and Education Decision No. 329/QD-BGDDT, 2014 (Viet Nam)
The objective of the issuance is to raise awareness and skills in responding to climate change and disaster prevention for children, pupils, students, officials, teachers, lecturers and staff of the Education sector, as well as the students' parents, and the community. The targets are children in preschool, pupils and students in general, educational institutions, education managers, officials, teachers, lecturers, employees in educational institutions, students' parents and the community where the school is located.
The tasks are:
- To research, survey and evaluate the current situation of information and communication on climate change response and natural disaster prevention and control of the Education sector
- Give information and communication
- Knowledge and skills improvement
- Diversify forms of information and communication in response to climate change and natural disaster prevention and control in schools
- Improve the capacity of the education sector's information and communication system on climate change response and disaster prevention and control
