Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Securitization Act of 2004, Republic Act No. 9267 (Philippines)
The Implementing Rules and Regulations were issued in consonance with the principles of full disclosure, transparency and good corporate governance for all parties involved in securitization transactions. They require an annual report or registry of Special Purpose Entities with the corresponding types and amounts of assets securitized.
