Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Go Negosyo Act (Philippines)

The Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) laid down the procedure for the multi-phase plan involving the establishment of Negosyo Centers in accordance with the Go Negosyo Act. It provides the roles by the Local Government Units and relevant government agencies in the establishment and management of the Negosyo Centers. 

Negosyo Centers are vested with principal functions relating to business registration assistance and business advisory services which shall be extended to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME). The IRR also provided the additional functions of the MSME Development Council.
