Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Energy Virtual One-Stop Shop Act, Department of Energy Department Circular No. DC2019-05-0007 (Philippines)

The Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) define the functions and responsibilities of the Department of Energy with respect to the establishment of the Energy Virtual One-Stop Shop Act (EVOSS) and EVOSS Steering Committee. 

The EVOSS is dedicated to the applications of power generation, transmission or distribution projects by project proponents. All actions on applications before government offices covered by the EVOSS shall be released within the timeframes indicated in the IRR reckoned from the complete submission of the project proponent. The failure of the relevant government office to release their action on complete applications will render such applications as deemed approved.
