Hijacking and Protection of Aircraft Order, 2000 (Brunei Darussalam)
The Act defines and penalizes hijacking, destroying, damaging an aircraft, as well as other acts which endanger or is likely to endanger the safety of an aircraft, among others. Offenses under the Order and attempt to commit the foregoing offenses is deemed to be included in the list of extradition crimes, pursuant to the Extradition Act.
