Guidelines for Sustainable Development Planning and Management of Peatlands, Department of Environment and Natural Resources Administrative Order No. 2022-06 (Philippines)
The Administrative Order enumerates the guiding principles for the sustainable development planning and management of peatlands, as well as the strategies to be promoted and practiced by the Department of Environment and Energy Resources (DENR) to achieve these guiding principles. The Administrative Order mandates the DENR to raise awareness on the existence and importance of peatlands and provides for the roles and responsibilities of the DENR offices.
