Guidelines for Registration of Credit Surety Fund Cooperatives, Cooperative Development Authority Memorandum Circular No. 2018-05 (Philippines)

The Circular provides the documentary requirements to be submitted by Credit Surety Fund Cooperatives (CSF Cooperatives) to the Cooperative Development Authority. No CSF Cooperative shall be registered without the submission of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA). 

The MOA shall be signed by all stakeholders and the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas for the purpose of creating a CSF Cooperative which specifically stipulates the respective amount of contributions to the Credit Surety Fund. The Circular provides the CSF contribution required and the capital requirements of a CSF Cooperative.
