Guidelines for the Endorsement of Energy Efficiency Projects to the Board of Investments for Fiscal Incentives, Department of Energy Department Circular No. DC 2021-05-0011 (Philippines)
The Guidelines enumerate the requirements in order that energy efficient projects may be entitled to the fiscal incentives provided under the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act. The energy efficient project shall be evaluated based on the technical and economic criteria indicated in the Guidelines.
