Guidelines on the Collection of the Feed-in Tariff Allowance (FiT-All) and the Disbursement of the FiT-All Fund, Energy Regulatory Commission Resolution No. 24, Series of 2013 (Philippines)

A qualified Renewable Energy (RE) developer shall be entitled to a Feed-in Tariff Allowance (FiT-All) which is a guaranteed payment in Philippine peso per kilowatt-hour for electricity generated from emerging RE technologies, which are actually delivered to the transmission and/or distribution network. The Guidelines provide the components for the calculation of the FiT-All. The FiT-All shall be determined and approved by the Energy Regulatory Commission annually. The Guidelines further illustrate the process of the flow of funds from the collection of the FiT-All and subsequent disbursement of the FiT-All Fund.
