Guidelines on Arbitration of Intra-Corporate Disputes for Corporations, Securities and Exchange Commission Memorandum Circular No. 8, Series of 2022 (Philippines)
The Rules apply to appointments made by the Securities and Exchange Commission of arbitrators tasked to resolve intra-corporate disputes of domestic corporations, upon request of the parties. It shall not apply if the arbitration agreement states that the seat or place of arbitration is in a place other than the Philippines, and to intra-corporate disputes when it involves criminal offenses and interests of third parties.
