Government Resolution No. 20/2008, On Public Supply of Essential Goods (Timor-Leste)
The Government Resolution allows the intervention of the government in the supply of essential goods such as rice, alimentary oil, cement, tar, iron, other food and non-food basic products during the situations enumerated therein. The Resolution establishes the conditions for intervention on the supply of rice, alimentary oil and financing of social price of fuel designated for public transportation of passengers, among others.
