Government Energy Management Program, Presidential Administrative Order No. 110 of 2006 (Philippines)
The Administrative Order directs the institutionalization of a Government Energy Management Program, whereby the government aims to reduce its monthly consumption of electricity and petroleum products by at least 10% for a minimum period of three years. This will be achieved through electricity efficiency and conservation in the fuel use of government vehicles. Compliance will be ensured and monitored through energy survey audits and the designation of an Energy Conservation Officer.
