Further Defining Certain Functions and Powers of the Laguna Lake Development Authority, Executive Order No. 927 (Philippines)

The Executive Order vests exclusive jurisdiction on the Laguna Lake Development Authority (LLDA) over Laguna de Bay and other bodies within the lake region. With such power, the LLDA is empowered to issue permits for the use of the water in Laguna De Bay and collect fees for the use thereof. The LLDA is further empowered to issue rules and regulations with respect to activities within its jurisdiction, issue orders or decisions to compel compliance with the provisions of the Executive Order and other implementing rules, as well as to issue and revoke permits.
