Fuel Mix Circular, DOE Department Circular No. DC 2009-02-0002 of 2009 (Philippines)
The Circular provides that all entities that distribute and sell petroleum fuel products are required to implement minimum biofuel blends by 06 February 2009, with specifications pursuant to the Philippine National Standards. It specifically requires at least 5% bioethanol in the annual total volume of gasoline fuel actually sold and distributed in the country, and at least 2% blend of biodiesel by volume.
