Forestry Regulations, Order No. 46 of 2003 and Order No. 41 of 2004 (Vanuatu)

The Forestry Regulations of Vanuatu prescribe forms, fees, bonds and other matters under the Forestry Act. They prescribe forms related to agreements, licenses and environmental protection. Among the forms included are those for Approval to Negotiate, Declaration of Indigenous Groups, Timber Rights Agreement, Application for Timber Permit, Forestry Lease, Application for Timber License, Application for Land to be Declared a Conservation Area, Application for Timber or Other Forest Products Export Permits, among others. They provide for the amounts of bonds for timber license, sandalwood license, special license and minimum Royalty Rates. They also provide a schedule of fees for various forestry transactions.
