A report summarizing the outcomes of e-learning modules developed to support the Enabling a Conducive Environment for the Digital Economy Technical Assistance program. Three e-learning courses on e-commerce were developed including one course which provides a coherent overview of legislations regulating e-commerce, examining compliance guidelines to ensure fair and honest business practices, as well as to better inform consumers.
