Expansion of Jurisdiction by Special Commercial Courts, Supreme Court of the Philippines Office of the Court Administrator Circular No. 60-2022

The Supreme Court Office of the Court Administrator Circular expanded the jurisdiction of the Special Commercial Courts (SCC) to cover violations of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001, and petitions for the civil forfeiture and asset preservation of property or assets relating to unlawful activity or money laundering offenses. Should there be no SCC within a specific territory, the case shall be filed in the nearest designated SCC.
