Expanded National Integrated Protected Areas System Act of 2018, Republic Act No. 11038 (Philippines)

The Expanded National Integrated Protected Areas System (ENIPAS) further expanded the membership in the Protected Areas Management Board (PAMB) to include governors, senators, district representatives and mayors, among others, and expressly enumerated the powers and functions of the PAMB. It created the Protected Area Management Office which shall be responsible for the management and administration of the protected areas. 

The ENIPAS allowed renewable energy projects within protected areas, as approved by the PAMB in concurrence with the Department of Environmental and Natural Resources Secretary. It also provided for exemption from donor's tax any donations made to the protected area fund. The ENIPAS also expanded the prohibited acts within protected areas.
