Establishment of Public-Private Partnership Sub-Committee in the Local Development Councils of Local Government Units, Department of the Interior and Local Government Memorandum Circular No. 2011-016 (Philippines)

In order to localize the mandated powers and functions of the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) center, all Local Chief Executives of the Philippines' Local Government Units shall create a PPP Sub-Committee in the Local Development Councils (LDCs). The function of the PPP Sub-Committee is primarily to assist the LDCs in the formulation of action plans and strategies related to the implementation of the PPP programs and projects. The PPP Sub-Committee is headed by the Local Economic and Investment Promotion Officer, in cases of provinces and cities, or a designated staff under the Office of the Mayor in case of a municipality.
