Employment of Poor but Deserving Students during Summer and/or Christmas Vacation, Republic Act No. 07323 (Philippines)
Employers who employ at least 50 poor but deserving students, of at least 15 years of age but not more than 25 years of age, during the summer and/or Christmas vacation shall pay their salaries not lower than the minimum wage as prescribed by law. Employers shall pay 60% of the salary in cash, while 40% is paid by the government in the form of a voucher, which shall be applicable for the payment of tuition fees and books in any educational institution for secondary, tertiary, vocational or technological education.
