Emergency (Copyright) Order 1999 (Brunei Darussalam)
The Act defined and enumerated works which are the subject of copyright. It provided the rules on authorship and ownership of copyright, rights of copyright owner, acts permitted in relation to copyright works, and moral rights of copyright works. It also prohibits acts which infringe the rights of copyright owners and provides the procedure for copyright licensing.
