Education Act 2012 (Cook Islands)
The Act provided the rules on the establishment of government educational institutions and the requirement for registration of private schools. It further laid down the regulations of school enrollment, attendance and rules to regulate student behavior for government schools. It likewise sets out the system for maintaining the professional standards for registered teachers in government schools.
