Decree-Law No. 7/2009, Regulations for Restaurants and Similar Establishments (Timor-Leste)
The Decree-Law classifies establishments and provides the common requirements and obligations of owners of restaurant establishments. It lays down the licensing process for the covered establishments, as well as ground for the suspension and withdrawal of licenses. The licenses issued for restaurant and other similar establishments shall be valid for a period of one (1) year from issuance thereof.
